Sexy Mart does not offer a satisfaction guarantee,
however we do aim to maintain customer confidence through our high
level of customer service. We offer a 12 day REPLACEMENT warranty for
products with manufacturing faults. The customer is responsible for the
postage costs of returning the faulty product to us. When returning
faulty products the customer MUST include all original packaging if
possible.
We treat our refunds/returns on a case by case basis.
Upon receipt of the returned product it will be examined and if deemed
to have a genuine manufacturing fault you will be offered a
replacement. Once a product has been used it becomes ineligible for
refund or exchange. Please note the postage cost is not refundable once
the parcel has left our warehouse.
Before you send back any product you MUST contact us at enquiry@sexymartepping.com.au
and inform us in detail of the problem you are having with your
product. Failure to comply with this may result in time delays and you
product being returned.
Because of the personal nature of our
products an exchange service is not available. Please choose carefully
before you buy as only items which are found to be faulty will be
replaced.
We would also ask you to perform a few simple checks as often a simple solution will solve your problems.
- Make sure you have the batteries in correctly (this is the most common cause of malfunction).
We recommend Heavy Duty non Alkaline Batteries. - Make sure the cap is tightly closed (especially for waterproof products).
- Check battery contacts, springs can sometimes compress (extend them a little).
